Bookings are confirmed once deposit is received. Sample cost is non-refundable. Wedding cake and dessert bookings are refundable up to one month prior to date, after this date fees are non-refundable. Full payment is due one month before event date. Upon booking, agreement to these policies is implied. Delivery is included in charge. After delivery, client takes full responsibility for items.
