“After running our family's hotel and cafe in Montreal for a decade, the pandemic prompted us to pursue our dream of homesteading earlier than planned. We spent three years building soil at our Mitchells Crossroad property before becoming stewards of the former Quinta do Conde.
Here, we practice ecological growing methods in our Market Garden, alongside raising chickens and sheep. Find our harvest at the Picton Farmer's Market on Summer Sundays, and our Farm Store.
We believe in going beyond sustainability to actively enhance biodiversity, sequester carbon, and regenerate the land. Our goal is to build a deep connection with the land, understand its needs, and leave it better than we found it.
