Who is halfkanga?

Hello, thanks for being here!

I am a local mom of two, both of my boys have Canadian and Australian citizenship, their father being from down under. I made a joke about my oldest being a “halfkanga” when he was little, and there came the name of my business.

I have worked in many high end kitchens, getting my start as a teen in Kingston, ON. Then, I moved to Michelin rated, and two rosette restaurants in Oxford, England, from there to Toronto and now in Prince Edward County. Giving me over twenty years of culinary experience. I have always had a passion for creating food, and for feeding people.

Being a part of special days such as birthdays, and weddings, is such an honour. Can’t wait to be a part of yours!
